01Acceptance
ShotMath (the "Service") is a peptide reconstitution calculator and dose-tracking tool operated by Grepus LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or the ShotMath mobile app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02What ShotMath is
ShotMath performs arithmetic on numbers you enter. Given a vial amount, a volume of bacteriostatic water, and a dose, it returns the corresponding volume and insulin-syringe units, and shows the formula it used. That is the entire function of the Service.
03Not medical advice
ShotMath is not medical advice and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend any substance, dose, protocol, or course of action. It does not evaluate whether a number you enter is safe, appropriate, or legal for you.
- We do not recommend, endorse, supply, or sell peptides or any other substance, and we take no affiliate or referral income from anyone who does.
- Decisions about what to take, whether to take it, and how much belong to you and a qualified, licensed healthcare professional.
- Nothing in the Service creates a doctor–patient or any other professional relationship between you and us.
04Verify every result
You are responsible for checking every result against your own vial label and your clinician's instructions before acting on it. Calculations depend entirely on the values you enter; a wrong input produces a wrong output. Because ShotMath shows its working with each answer, you can and should verify the math by hand.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- represent the Service, or its output, as medical advice or as a substitute for professional judgment;
- copy, resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it or interfere with any other party's use.
06Your data and devices
The calculator runs on your device. The mobile app stores your dose log and vial records in local storage on your device, not on our servers. You are responsible for your device, your records, and any backups. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
07Intellectual property
The Service, including its name, design, text, and software, is owned by Grepus LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
08No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result it produces is correct, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grepus LLC and its members, officers, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any harm resulting from reliance on a calculation. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Service.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grepus LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
11Changes
We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Grepus LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
